Easements

The Marshall Township Municipal Sanitary Authority (MTMSA) has completed several sanitary sewer line construction projects over the last few years, most recently within the Big Sewickley Creek Watershed Area of Marshall Township. The removal of vegetation within sanitary sewer easements was necessary during the construction process. Although these cleared areas may be inviting to enter for recreation purposes such as hiking and horseback riding, easements remain private property and should not be trespassed.
